Description:
This unusual little gem is made in the old French style. It is constructed of 24k gold that is plated over pewter. The outer border is made of two ribbed layers of gold. Sparkling faceted Swarovski crystals crisscross the banded edge. An etched bow adorns the top of the horizontal oval opening. The easel is made of black felt with clips of faceted crystal flowers. This frame was designed and made in the USA.
