This jeweled frame is made of 24k gold that is plated over pewter. The outer border is made of ribbed layers of brushed gold ending in an arch at the top. Sparkling faceted Swarovski crystals crisscross the banded edge. The easel is made of black felt with clips of faceted crystal flowers. This frame was designed and made in the USA.
